Job Description

Manage the administrative duties for the Forest Resource locations. The position will be located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. A brief job description is below.

  • Manage the office duties around invoicing, filing, mail, morning reports, processing settlement payments, ordering office supplies, report distribution, and other various reporting and tracking duties.
  • Duties around sales: post invoices to proper vendor on spreadsheet, post payments on spreadsheet, email invoices each week to customer, print invoices for barged bark and email to customer
  • Tracking and maintaining vendor  information in Yard Boss software
  • Track supplier information
  • Process pay for settlements by contractor
  • Track insurance information for  wood and a/p vendors and request updates when needed
  • Enter all requisitions in SAP software for forest resources locations and track all PO assignments
  • Prepare worksheets for barge shipments
  • Prepare all NOPO invoices
  • Adjust wood waste rates based on diesel prices and record monthly average


  • BA or BS Required, Accounting Training or Certificate preferred
  • Must have two (2) years office  admin or accounting experience 
  • Strong computer skills and  knowledge in Microsoft Office including Windows, Word, Excel, and
  • Ability to develop reporting within the Office applications 
  • Experience with Yard Boss software is a plus
  • Experience with SAP software is a plus
  • Manages timelines with a sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational skills  and attention to detail
