Job Description

  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems on equipment currently using different electrical strategies depending on when the equipment was installed and/or upgraded   
  • Ability to work with team members and/or contractors, and lead projects that result in safety, reliability, throughput, and cost improvements 
  • Manage electrical work process
  • Training and development of Electrical Technicians
  • Improve & manage library of electrical drawings.
  •  Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC’s.
  • Programing of Fanuc robots
  •  Lead electrical vision on new technology and help implement strategy
  • Lead predictive maintenance efforts
  • Instrumental in the management and development of the electrical reliability strategies of the facility

Qualifications

What you will need to succeed....

  • Passing score on the Ramsey Electrical Aptitude Test.
  •  Preferred experience in programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC or demonstrate ability to quickly learn
  • Experience and knowledge of electrical safety; such as Arc flash requirements, electrical PPE and the ability to inspect electrical systems and identify hazards.
  • Knowledge and compliance of local electrical codes.
  • Ability to use electrical and electronic test equipment in order to diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical systems.
  • Must possess excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills using root cause analysis.
  • Ability to Lead and Inspire others.  Leadership experienced preferred, but not required.
  • Strong and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical degree preferred

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Technical degree preferred
