Job Description

OVERVIEW: This position serves as a centralized Analyst for the Fiber Procurement organizations at both Canton and Pine Bluff, and reports to the Wood Category Manager.  Areas of focus are Wood Accounting Security Controls, Supplier Contract Administration, Pulp Ordering and Receiving, Railcar Fleet Management, Load Reconciliation, Wood Certification Credit Management, Financial Data Analysis, and Report Management.


Accounting Security Controls:

  • Contract, Purchase Order, and Outside Sales Management
  • Ticket Reconciliation and Corrections
  • Exception Report Monitoring and Wood Security Auditing
  • Inventory Reporting, Analysis, and Financial Closeout and Reporting

Supplier Contract Administration:

  • Administering Master Purchase Agreements, Supply Contracts, and Supplier Risk management
  • PO generation and tracking

Ordering and Receiving:

  • Order management, load tracking, logistics, and receiving
  • Regulatory compliance, Inventory, and Flow Control monitoring


  • Maintenance of Wood Quality database
  • Database and QC Audits
  • Supplier scorecard generation

Truck and Railcar Freight Logistics Support:

  • Fleet Tracking and Reporting
  • Rail Freight Rate Adjustments
  • Fuel Surcharge Adjustments

Certification and Credit Management:

  • Supplier Compliance, Forest Certification Database Management
  • Certified Credit Tracking
  • Supply/Demand Analysis

Financial Data Analysis:

  • Market Indices Compilation, Supplier Mix Optimization, and  Procurement Performance and Analysis
  • Supplier Should-Cost Database Management

Report Management:

  • Inventory Report Management
  • Quality Report Generation
  • Budgeting and Forecasting Support


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Logistics, or Procurement
  • 2-8 years of applicable experience is required
  • Skilled in Excel, Tableau, and/or other database management software
